Return and Exchange Policy

At Lafosse Soap Co, we are committed to your satisfaction and want to make any issues right. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please reach out to us at customerservice@lafossesoapco.com, and our team will assist you promptly.

Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from LaFosse Soap Co. within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

1. Unsatisfied with Your Purchase

  • If you are not satisfied with an unused product, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange, refund or store credit.
  • The product must be returned as purchased, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Damaged in Transit

  • If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
  • Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item to initiate the return process.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email customerservice@lafossesoapco.com or call (209) 222-8864 with your order details and reason for the return. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Ship the Return: Once you receive your RA number, package the item securely and ship it to:

    Modesto, CA 95358

    • Include the RA number in the package.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  3. Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your preference.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • For unsatisfied returns, products must be unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and store credit will be provided as a digital code via email.
